★★★★★

The entire session felt very relaxed and natural. We never felt rushed at all. Amanda made the process easy and comfortable, which really shows in the photos. They turned out beautifully and have such a soft, glowing quality that we absolutely love.

Stef Bond
★★★★★

Her energy was calming and she was very nurturing. She was very patient and very flexible with our cranky 19 month old. The pictures are stunning and we are so excited she captured us candidly.

Working with Amanda is effortless. I loved the preparation call we had, clearly laid out expectations and options... and then was impressed with her promptness and professionalism on site, while also being FUN and going above and beyond.

hello
Amanda Carson, Wild Play Photography

Hi, I'm Amanda.

I'm a photographer and part-time nanny living in Bend, Oregon, surrounded by mountains and rivers and children who have strong opinions about snacks.

I got into family photography because a friend reflected something to me that I already knew: I'm good with kids, I'm calm when things get chaotic, and I see people most clearly when they stop trying to perform. Families kept telling me that my presence helped them relax, that their kids actually had fun, that the photos looked like their real life. So I built a business around that.

I think of this work as art. And I would love to create some with your family.

Let's make something your family will love coming back to.

Whether it's a family session, a maternity shoot, or an event, every experience starts with finding the right fit. Take a look at the offerings and see which one feels like yours.
