These terms and conditions govern the services provided by Wild Play Photography LLC ("we," "us," or "our") based in Bend, Oregon. By booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms.
Wild Play Photography provides portrait, family, maternity, and event photography services in Bend, Oregon and surrounding areas. We are also available for sessions in other locations by arrangement.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session. Accepted payment methods and specific pricing will be provided in your booking confirmation.
Your session date is not reserved until the deposit is received.
We understand plans change. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. Sessions rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice can be moved to a new date at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit. No-shows will forfeit the full session fee.
Oregon weather can be unpredictable, and we embrace it. Light rain, clouds, and wind often make for beautiful photos. However, if conditions become unsafe or unworkable, we will reschedule your session at no additional cost. We will communicate with you before your session if weather is a concern.
We want every session to be relaxed and enjoyable. We ask that you arrive on time and that all children are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to end a session early if the safety of any participant is at risk.
Edited digital images will be delivered via an online gallery within an estimated timeframe communicated at booking. The exact number of final images varies by session type and length. We do not provide unedited or RAW files.
Wild Play Photography retains copyright of all images. By booking a session, you receive a personal-use license to print, share, and display your photos for non-commercial purposes.
You may not sell, license, or use images for commercial purposes without written permission from Wild Play Photography.
We may use images from your session for our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before your session. We will never sell your images to third parties.
Clients sign a separate model release agreement prior to their session. This covers permission to photograph and use images as described above. For sessions involving minors, a parent or legal guardian must sign the release.
Wild Play Photography is not responsible for injuries that occur during a session. Outdoor sessions involve natural terrain, and clients participate at their own risk. Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety of their children at all times.
In the unlikely event of equipment failure or loss of images due to circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to a refund of the session fee paid.
Our editing style is consistent across all sessions and is part of what makes Wild Play Photography unique. We do not accommodate requests for heavy retouching, filters, or edits that fall outside our style. Minor skin blemishes may be softened at our discretion.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise noted.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. The terms in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your session.
