Event Photography

The real moments at your event are the ones nobody plans for.

The laugh between two old friends reconnecting. The speaker who goes off-script and says the thing everyone needed to hear. The quiet moment at the edge of the room that tells the whole story. That's what I'm watching for.

I photograph events the same way I photograph families.

I move through the room, read the energy, and pay attention to what's actually happening between people. I'm not lining everyone up for group shots (unless you want that). I'm finding the moments that feel like the event itself, the ones that remind you why everyone was in the room together.

I stay out of the way when the energy is flowing and step in when the light or the moment calls for it. You won't have to manage me or point me toward the action. I'll find it. That's the whole point of having a photographer who pays attention.

Every gathering has its own energy. Here's where mine fits best.

Corporate Events

Team retreats, off-sites, company milestones. The photos that end up on your website and in your pitch deck, except they actually look like your team instead of a stock photo.

Workshops and Conferences

Speakers, breakout sessions, the connections that happen in the hallway. I know how to move through a room without disrupting the flow of what's happening.

Celebrations

Reunions, milestone parties, fundraisers, galas. The organized chaos of people who are happy to be in the same room. I'm watching for the candid stuff, not just the posed group shot.

Retreats

Wellness retreats, leadership retreats, creative gatherings. I know how to hold space and stay present in environments where energy and intention matter. This is where my background really shows up.

How it works

You focus on your event. I'll handle the rest.

one

We Talk First

Tell me about your event. The size, the venue, the vibe you're going for, and anything specific you want documented. I'll ask a few questions about the flow of the day so I know when the key moments are and where to be.

two

Day Of

I arrive early, get a feel for the space and the light, and then I'm in motion for the duration. I blend in, move quietly, and stay camera-ready. If you need a few group shots or specific moments documented, I've got those covered too. But the real magic is in the in-between, and that's where I spend most of my time.

three

After

Your gallery is hand-edited and delivered within two weeks. Every image is color-graded with the same warm, natural quality I bring to all of my work. You'll have a full set of photos that tell the story of what actually happened, not just the agenda.

Tell me about your event.

The basics are a great start: what kind of event, how many people, and the vibe you're going for. I'll let you know how I can help and what it looks like to work together.

No commitment, no pressure. Just a conversation.

Typical response time: same day or next morning.

The venue, the vibe, the schedule, anything specific you want photographed. The more I know, the better I can prepare.

I'll be in touch soon. Looking forward to hearing about your event.
